Refund Policy

 

At Champion Everlasting Creations LLC, every clock is carefully inspected and tested before it is packaged and shipped. We take pride in the quality of our clocks and want you to have peace of mind when ordering from us.

Our refunds are limited to broken or cracked glass upon delivery or a faulty clock mechanism, subject to the time periods and requirements below.

Broken or Cracked Glass Upon Delivery

If your clock arrives with broken or cracked glass, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email championeverlastingllc@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged clock
  • Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging

Once the damage is verified, we will issue a refund for the affected clock to the original payment method.

Please keep the original shipping box and packaging until your claim has been reviewed and resolved.

Faulty Clock Mechanism

If the clock mechanism is not functioning properly due to a faulty mechanism, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue

We may request photos or a short video to help verify the problem.

Once the faulty mechanism is verified, we will issue a refund for the affected clock to the original payment method.

What Is Not Covered

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Minor scratches or cosmetic imperfections
  • Minor variations in finish or appearance
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect size or model selection
  • Accidental damage after delivery
  • Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or mounting
  • Damage caused by dropping, striking, or mishandling the clock
  • Battery-related issues or battery leakage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Claims submitted after the applicable refund period

Like any physical product, our clocks may have minor cosmetic imperfections or variations. Such minor imperfections do not qualify for a refund.

Refund Time Limits

Broken or cracked glass: Report within 7 days of delivery.

Faulty clock mechanism: Report within 30 days of delivery.

Claims submitted after these periods are generally not eligible under this policy, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Refund Processing

Once a claim has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
